Returns due to freight damage or manufacturing defect are accepted!


Freight damage: If your order arrives and the box is damaged, inspect the product inside the box and take pictures while the delivery person is still there. If the product is damaged, refuse to accept the delivery. Carriers know what to do in this case. A quick note will be made on the bill of lading and the carrier will take the package away. Contact us right away at 623-299-8000 and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.


Defective: If your order arrives in good condition but you notice a defect after you open it, take pictures and please call us at 623-299-8000. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to have it replaced. In some cases, the manufacturer requires you to return the defective piece. They may need to inspect it to correct a manufacturing process or troubleshoot the reason for the defect. Keep the packing materials it arrived in until the manufacturer determines if they need it returned or not. You will never need to pay to return a defective product or to have a new one shipped to you.


Due to the special order nature of our product lines, returns for any other reason are not accepted.
